The Bowers and Wilkins CCM 646S model is a mid-grade speaker unit designed specifically to be mounted completely flush in-ceiling or in-wall. The CCM 646S was designed to provide two-way, dual channel stereo sound output through the use of a single speaker unit without sacrificing an audio channel like most lower quality speaker units.

The CCM 646S is fully equipped with one 6.5" (165mm) cone for bass/midrange sound and two 1" tweeters for high frequency sound.

The B&W CCM 646S includes additional features such as a three-way switchable equalization control for the tweeters, suspended swing out fixings for the tweeters to allow custom sound direction, a frequency response rate of 50Hz-20KHz, a nominal impedance rating of 8 ohms, a 9.1" total body diameter, an included pre-mount kit specifically designed for this model speaker (PMK-C65), and a semi-white matte plastic edge encasing which can be painted to a custom matching ceiling color (paint mask included).

Note: The quoted MSRP is for a single speaker unit; a pair sells for double the MSRP of one speaker.
