DirecTV HR10-250

The HR10-250, an early predecessor of the current HR24, was a high-end DirecTV HD satellite receiver and DVR. Manufactured by Hughes, the device outputs high-definition content in 1080i or 720p, via HDMI or component; S-video and composite outputs are also standard.

Two independent tuners allow users to watch two different HD feeds simultaneously. A TiVo DVR is built in, with storage space enabling up to 30 hours of HD recordings or 200 hours in SD. The more recent models feature an updated appearance and user interface, but otherwise add few significant features.
