GoPro claims that the latest model, the Hero2 is twice as powerful as the original, with a 2x sharper glass lens and a faster image processor. The helmet cam is enabled to capture 1080p 16:9 footage at both narrow (90 degree) and wide (170 degree) angles. The GoPro HD Hero2 can take up to 11 megapixels a second, providing users with detailed photos on top of their video capabilities. The HD Hero2 includes a mini-HMDI port, composite out, USB SD cards and Hero ports, to connect to the home screen and share video anywhere on the web. The GoPro HD Hero2 comes in three configurations: outdoor, motor sports and surf. Every one is compatible with accessories. Available separately, the Wi-Fi BackPac and Wi-Fi Remote products will enable video remote control through the Wi-Fi remote on Smartphones, tablets,computers and GoPro video broadcast from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection.
