The Pioneer S-IC621D is a 6.5” in-ceiling speaker described as offering “a home entertainment experience currently unmatched by any manufacturer” when combined alongside equivalent audio and video products.

The first of four Pioneer S-IC in-ceiling speakers, the Pioneer S-IC621D is outfitted with one 6.5” Polypropylene woofer and two 1” pivoting PEI tweeters. In addition, the S-IC621D features a humidity resistant dual voice coil design that that provides single-point stereo performance in all sorts of environments, not to mention a dependable 8+8 Ohm impedance rating for higher-quality amplification with single and multi zone applications. The S-IC621D also boasts 2-position treble contour controls to customize high frequency outputs to an individual’s specific tastes, and internal Thermal Resetting Protection Circuitry that offers greater reliability and reduces the need for frequent visits to replace damaged speakers.
