Sirius Sportster 5
$170.00
Released November, 2007
The Pros:Larger screen size than older Sirius models can more easily display text information. Thinner form factor than previous models is more out of the way with smaller footprint. Favorite song/artist memory function is very convenient and notifies user when a favourite is playing somewhere.
The Cons:Button layout is somewhat cramped around the control wheel. Remote is very small and some users may find it difficult to use, reducing its convenience. Can be difficult to setup service subscription, customer service is unhelpful.

It includes 30 presets for favorite channels; access to information such as channel, artist, song, signal strength, and time; and another upgrade from the Sportster 4—the ability to pause/rewind up to 60 versus 44 minutes of live broadcast. Not only does the Sportster 5 offer more functionality, but many users swear it performs better as well.
