The Sony DCR-SX60 is a is a compact 16GB handycam camcorder offered by Sony. The high quality 60x optical zoom lens makes this an ideal camera for sporting events or shooting wildlife and the digital zoom interpolation gives up to 2000x zoom with a less distorted and clearer image than other digital zooms.

There is hybrid recording to the 16GB embedded flash memory or optional removable Memory Stick PRO Duo media (sold separately). There are also several dubbing functions to easily copy media from the embedded memory to the memory stick without the need for a PC. There is a flip-out 2.7" touch panel LCD display for convenient use and clear images. The built-in zoom microphone focuses audio recording on your subjects with the cameras zoom for clear dialogue and crisp, discrete sounds. Burning a DVD is made simple by connecting to a compatible PC and using the One Touch Disc Burn function.
