The Sony Handycam DCR-SR67 is a standard definition camcorder from Sony's 2009 lineup and is a step up from the DCR-SR65. The camcorder has a built-in 80 GB hard drive to store up to 56 hours of footage and includes HDD smart protection to prevent it from being lost if the camcored is dropped.

Like it's brothers, the DCR-SR47 and the DCR-SR87, it features hybrid movie recording to the hard drive and Memory Stick Duo media for increased flexibility. The DCR-SR67 is designed with a 2.7" touch LCD screen that rotates up to 270 degrees for multiple viewing angles. The camcorder includes a professional Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar zoom lens for 60x optical and 2000x digital zoom. It utilizes advanced recording technology including Sony's SteadyShot image stabilization and face detection technology. The DCR-SR67 also records audio in Dolby Digital 5.1ch surround sound and has a built-in zoom microphone to add realistic sound to the videos. The camcorder comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
