Sony SAT-B65

The Sony SAT-B65 is a discontinued DirecTV satellite receiver, similar to the SAT-B50 and B55. The SAT-B65 features S-video, A/V, and optical digital audio connectivity, enabling transmission of digital audio signals.

The software is an update of earlier Sony DirecTV user interfaces, featuring a customizable program guide with a window that displays the picture and sound of the currently selected channel, parental controls, and options which assist in recording shows with a VCR, including one-button record and auto title insert. With a phone line connection, the caller ID function will display the name and number of callers on-screen.
