Sony SAT-W60

The Sony SAT-W60 is a discontinued DirecTV satellite receiver with Microsoft UltimateTV recording capabilities. Supporting only standard-definition content, the SAT-W60 is a precursor to today's DVRs, storing up to 35 hours of programming and recording live TV to enable pause, fast forward, and reverse functionality, including instant replay and slow-motion.

The unit features dual tuners, allowing the user to watch one show while recording another or watch two shows at once via picture-in-picture. The W60's storage capacity can be upgraded to 110 hours.
