The Tachyon XC Helmet Camera is a mountable point-of-view video camera that has been upgraded to the XC HD model, and is no longer being made, although parts are still available.

The Tachyon XC comes with a VGA video resolution at 30 frames per second, as well as a high-dynamic sensor, making it adaptable and light-senstive.

This unit comes featuring multiple recording options so that users can customize the settings to suit their individual needs or unique activites. This camera comes with a 90 degree field of view, which gives you clarity without the distortion. This system also comes with an optional 'green power' pack so that you can plug it directly into your wall to charge.
This video camera is related to the Tachyon XC HD, which is a direct upgrade of this model, coming with 720p HD resolution and a 120 degree wide angle field of view.
