Toshiba TSR202

The Toshiba TSR202 is a basic satellite receiver for DirecTV. This was an upgrade from the TSR101, as it included features to help users record shows with their VCRs on a timer. An on-screen program guide helps users scroll through a list of currently airing shows and select what they want to watch.

Parents can set time limits for their kids, as well as lock certain channels. The entire system can also be locked and unlocked with a passcode. Pay-per-view is also supported through DirecTV, and special audio channels are available. An on-line help system is also available if users can't find their manual.
